CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BOSU/BALL BLAST

Build a strong core, gain balance, and challenge your cardio vascular system all on the BOSU.

BALL CORE

This workout focuses on abdominals and lower back. Exercises using the ball, the mat and gravity to strengthen the core area.

BUTTS AND GUTS

Want to define your body... then this class is for you, tone your abs and work your butts!! Great for all fitness levels.

CARDIO KICK

A non-stop high intensity workout featuring kickboxing, athletic training and plyometrics set to heart pounding music. Class includes aerobic and anaerobic threshold training to push your cardiovascular system to a place it has never gone before.

CARDIO SURPRISE

You never know what each class will bring! This fun cardio class will mix it up keep you guessing and wanting more! All Fitness Levels welcome.

CRANK'D (5:45AM-6:45AM)

This cycling class is designed to challenge your fitness level.  Everyone can participate in this multi-level workout that focuses on cardiovascular training and cycling skills.  You decide what kind of 'ride' you want - it's your ride, sweat it, get in the zone - Get CRANK'D!

CROSS COUNTRY SKIING

Burn up to 700 calories in this full body, low impact workout. Come and try this great outdoor workout. Must rent or own your equipment.

FIT FOR TWO

Bring your baby securely fastened in their car seats for this 1hr class. That is jam packed with cardio, strength core &flexibility work! We will use the steps, bosu's, dumbbells, body bars and so much more! Get your body back into shape!

FUSION

A mind body awareness class that combines the best of yoga, Pilates and fitness. The focus is on overall strength, flexibility and postural improvement.Be prepared to tone, strengthen and stretch your entire body.

FREE FLOW YOGA

Active, flowing style yoga class proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels. You will be given options in each pose so that you feel challenged, yet successful. Without breaking the natural flow from pose to pose, the focus will be on alignment and breath.

NEW - GROUP RIDE

Everyone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

NEW - GROUP POWER

Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple ,athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses ,and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

NEW - INFRARED HOT YOGA VINYASA FLOW

Synchronize your breath with movement.  The focus is on fluid movement from one posture to the next.  Some poses are held for one breath and sometimes for one minute.  Expect progression and smooth transitions; much like a dance.  All this in a room heated with far infrared heat; a safe kind of healing warmth that heats you internally.  All levels welcome. 

JUST STEP

A high energy cardio workout emphasizing fun step patterns on an adjustable platform. All fitness levels welcome.

KICK FIT

KICK FIT boasts many health benefits such as: greater stamina, improved flexibility, enhancing core strength, calorie burning.  KICK FIT brings in elements of kickboxing and aerobics such as various kicks and punch combinations, foot work, stretching. Fun and creative workout.

LATIN AEROBIC DANCE

Latin Aerobic Dance is designed for your enjoyment, giving you an all over body work out in an environment that makes work outs fun! Teaching is based on a supportive environment, free from judgement or competition. Latin Aerobic Dance isn't like a traditional aerobic workout. When you do the class, you feel like you are dancing at the club, not working out at the gym.
 

POWER/FLOW YOGA

An active form of yoga that links sequences of poses together to form a flowing dynamic and challenging practice. This intermediate class is a perfect complement to cardiovascular and strength training programs.

POWER MIXER

A little bit of everything in this invigorating class including step, boot camp, strength, hi/lo impact and interval training. This dynamic class is open to all fitness levels.

ROOKIE RIDE/FUSION

Whether you are a new rider or advanced, this 30 minute multi-level workout will build your endurance and strength.  The Instructor will teach you the basics of a spin ride.  Then move to the fitness studio for fusion; core, strength and stability. A great overall workout.

SPIN

Experience the ride of your life!  This low impact cycling workout is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and maximize caloric burn by incorporating a variety of interval-based drills.

SWEATIN' SATURDAY

A variety of formats will be used to get your heart pumping, including step, weights, boxing drills, boot camp & hi/lo impact.  Go the distance in this 75 minute, high-energy fitness class

SPIN CIRCUIT

This spin class offers more than just spin. In this fun workout you will be spinning along with a variety of other exercises.  Come enjoy this fun workout. *Babies secured in car seats are welcome.

SPIN STRENGTH

This is not just a spin class. This class will run in the aerobic studio. You will get great cardio using the bike and various drills along with a great muscle workout off the bike using a variety of formats. This is a NEW class and will be a great workout!!

STRENGTH, CORE & MORE

This overall conditioning class integrates strength training, Pilates, flexibility and core exercises.  Challenge yourself in a whole new way. Multi-level.

TBC - TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

You can expect the works in this multi-level class!  Challenge your cardiovascular system with training on the floor or step, followed by resistance training for the entire body.  A final stretch will end the class.  The result is...TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING.

TOTAL BODY SCULPT

Redefine and tone your muscles in this power packed strength training class.  The Body Bar, dumbbells & the fitness ball will be used to provide a total body workout by combining upper & lower body exercises. No cardio.

URBAN TRAINING INDOOR BOOTCAMP

No frills athletic indoor boot camp class. Intensity is the key. If a variety of cardio and strength training of non stop intensity does not get your heart racing the adrenaline rush of the unexpected will. The cardio section will focus on intensity speed and agility while strength section develops muscle

ULTRA CARDIO CONDITIONING

A moderate-high intensity class that will challenge you with intervals of cardio and strength training. Steps may be used

VINYASA/FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa means breath synchronized movement. In a Vinyasa class instructor will guide you from one pose to another on the inhale or exhale. This technique is also called Vinyasa Flow because of how the poses flow together and become like a dance. Expect movement,Not just stretching.

WEIGHT ‘N' C

This is a perfect class for MEN and WOMEN of all fitness levels. No choreography! Alternating cardio and strength intervals create a challenging workout led by a motivating Instructor!

NEW - ZUMBA (*Reg. Class - starts April 12)

ZUMBA® is a fun and effective fitness program that combines easy-to-follow moves with invigorating Latin and international rhythms. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
